Many people know the worry that there might be gas in the vehicle. No matter whether something is leaking or someone is trying to pipe KO gas into the Marco Polo, the Caratec gas detector warns.
Installation is very simple, but of course it can also be done by us. Just contact us!
Product description:
Detects all common narcotic gases such as propane/butane (LPG), carbon monoxide or KO gases and warns with an extra loud alarm tone before the narcotic effect of the gases can set in. To this end, the CEA100G reacts to even the lowest gas concentrations in the room air, thus protecting people and animals from harm, especially at night. When the sensor detects a gas concentration in the room air, it triggers a pre-alarm with a duration of 40 seconds. If the gas concentration remains constant or even increases during the pre-alarm, the gas sensor emits a continuous alarm tone and the red LED lights up permanently. If no gas concentration can be detected after the alarm, the gas sensor returns to standby mode. The gas sensor is powered directly from the vehicle's 12-volt power supply. Up to 2 additional sensors can be connected.
