The 3rd Marco Polo Europe Meeting is coming up and we are really looking forward to experience two great days together with many interesting conversations, new acquaintances and fun evenings. In addition to the music and entertainment program, we will again have fantastic exhibitors. Of course we will also take care of the culinary well-being, so that you will not lack anything during the two days.
No matter if you are a repeat offender or a newcomer - we are looking forward to each and every one of you, because you as a community make this meeting something special. The plans for the next Marco Polo Europe Meeting are in place, it will take place on 27.04-28.04.2024!
We are also changing the location, so look forward to that, because we have even more possibilities at the Krumme Estate in Velen!
Here we will hold it in the usual atmosphere with a band & supporting programme and this year also with a food mile and other novelties!
Of course, the breakfast buffet will not be missing either!
On 01.11 at 10 a.m. we will start with the ticket pre-sale!

About the Krumme Estate
Familiar and natural, but above all extraordinary!
– That is the country estate Krumme in Velen. The enormous open-air area as well as idyllic scenery in the forest distinguish this estate in particular and make it a unique venue for our Marco Polo Europe Meeting!
Fragen & Antworten zum Marco Polo Treffen
Hunde sind natürlich auf dem Gelände erlaubt.
Natürlich! Wir freuen uns darauf Eure Kinder ebenfalls zu begrüßen. Die Betreuung und Aufsichtspflicht liegt aber selbstverständlich bei den Eltern.
Du bist auch ohne eigenen Marco Polo ein willkommener Gast bei unserem Marco Polo Treffen! Sinn macht es hier am Samstag vorbeizuschauen, der ganze Tag ist mit Programm gefüllt
Leider nicht, durch die Gegebenheiten vor Ort ist das nicht möglich, wir denken jedoch, geübte Camper kommen bei einer Übernachtung auch mit der Katzenwäsche aus.
Ja das ist gar kein Problem! Du kannst das Frühstück auch spontan vor Ort buchen.
Für die Besucher die bereits am Freitag anreisen wird ein gesonderter Platz zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Parken auf dem Eventgelände ist mit Beginn des Events möglich. Am Sonntagabend müssen alle Fahrzeuge das Gelände verlassen haben.
Nein das ist leider aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht möglich!.
Auf dem Gelände wird es eine Foodmeile und Getränkewagen geben, hier kann man alles zum satt werden käuflich erwerben, selbstverständlich könnt Ihr Euch aber auch gerne selbst verpflegen.
Nein, da das Gelände kein Campingplatz ist, ist dieses von der Infrastruktur her nicht gegeben. Mit einem Marco Polo kommt man aber im Standard auch für einen Tag ohne klar. Wer medizinisch 230 Volt benötigt, sollte dieses mit uns vorher klären.
Die Fläche je Teilnehmerfahrzeug ist so groß, dass man sauber um sein Fahrzeug laufen kann, evtl. auch die Markise ausfahren kann, aber nicht so groß, daß sich Vorzelte aufstellen lassen.
Aus organisatorischen Gründen ist die Stornierung bis genau eine Woche vor dem Event möglich. Die Stornierung muss dann schriftlich erfolgen.
Ja, es ist ein großer Toilettenwagen vorhanden der auch nachts zur Nutzung zur Verfügung steht.
