Product information "VANWAVE RainProtection - Rain cover for FIAMMA F45s awning"
The VANWAVE RainProtection is a rain and wind protection that closes the gap between your MarcoPolo and the FIAMMA awning. This means that it no longer rains through between the awning and the vehicle. The rain cover is designed for longer stays when your MarcoPolo pop-up roof is open. The cover can be put up and taken down quickly and you can extend and retract the awning when it is mounted.

Use:
Suitable as rain and wind protection for the FIAMMA F45s awning (when the roof is open), all Marco Polo models from 2014 onwards.
We currently use a round head for attachment, which is permanently installed on the awning. If you do not want to drill into the awning, you can use the extension to attach the VANWAVE RainProtection to the rear awning bracket.
Optional:
For rear attachment, a round button is attached to the awning, this requires a 6mm hole to be drilled into the awning. The round button is very unobtrusive and remains on the vehicle and is suitable for car washes. When the vehicle is sold, the round button can be removed and closed e.g. with a small plug or a small adhesive dot.
Attention:
- The VANWAVE RainProtection rain cover must be removed before driving!
- Only to be used when the roof is open!

Based on our extensive experience in the Marco Polo sector, this variant has turned out to be exactly the right one.
A 25-metre cable in combination with a CEE adapter to a normal Schucko plug makes any use possible.
At the campsite, you use the CEE cable; at home or, for example, at events in the countryside (on farms), you plug in the CEE adapter.
The big advantage in "everyday camping" is that no plug stands in the rain. The CEE plug and the coupling with cover cap for the rubber cable are made by Mennekes. The flexible sheath is made of neoprene rubber, a mixture of natural and synthetic rubber.
It is manufactured according to DIN EN 60529 for protection against foreign bodies and splash water and also serves the protection class IP 44 for permanent outdoor use.
