The SKOTTI CAP is not just a cover that makes barbecuing easier in windy locations. It can be assembled and used in a variety of ways depending on the situation and what you are barbecuing: if you put two or three of the five stainless steel parts together, it becomes a simple windbreak. With three or all four side parts, you can also attach a rotisserie spit.
With the top closed and one side open, the SKOTTI CAP transforms your SKOTTI barbecue into a pizza oven. All five parts together form a complete hood. So you can prepare a whole range of recipes beyond the classic steak and sausage barbecue, such as bread, pizza, fish, meat and vegetable skewers, corn on the cob or larger pieces that take longer to cook.
The special feature: the handle of the SKOTTI CAP doubles as barbecue tongs. Two recesses in the long side panels allow you to insert the bamboo wood of the barbecue tongs, enabling you to lift the lid safely. This means you'll never have to worry about where to put your tongs while you're barbecuing.
The individual parts of the SKOTTI CAP can be transported flat.
And as functionality is our passion, we have also integrated a sturdy bottle opener into the 8 mm thick aluminium head of the barbecue tongs.
Nice and flat for transport
The individual parts of the SKOTTI CAP are delivered in their own protective bag. You can transport them together with your SKOTTI barbecue later on – all the parts fit into the barbecue bag.
The gas cartridge and the SKOTTI barbecue are not included with the SKOTTI CAP!
