Product information "Gas pressure damper with lock for the pop-up roof of the Marco Polo"
Everyone knows the problem of the tight roof load, because the manual roof, unlike the electric roof, only has a roof load of 15 kg (raised).
The reason for this is simply that the manual roof only engages on the right-hand side, which means that it twists with heavier loads.
You can remedy this by installing a damper with a catch on the left-hand side as well.
Then the slanted load is gone because it rests on both sides.
