The Marco Polo European Meeting 2025

More than 350 vehicles and over 1,200 participants once again turned the Krumme estate in Velen into the vibrant heart of the Marco Polo community. Two days full of encounters, exchanges and inspiration – with plenty of exhibitors, regional cuisine and an atmosphere that will last long after the event is over.

We would like to thank everyone who attended – and we are already looking forward to the next reunion! 

Save the Date: 

The next Marco Polo European Meeting will take place on  25. – 26. April 2026 once again at the Landgut Krumme in Velen.

Ticket sales will start on 1. November 2025 – be quick, places are in very high demand!

About the Landgut Krumme

Familiar and natural, but above all extraordinary – that's the Landgut Krumme estate in Velen. The enormous open-air area and idyllic forest scenery make this estate particularly special and turn it into a unique location for our Marco Polo European meeting!

Questions & Answers about the Marco Polo Europe Meeting

Dogs are of course allowed on the premises.

Of course! We’re happy to welcome your children as well. However, supervision and care are naturally the responsibility of the parents.

You’re very welcome to join us even without owning a Marco Polo! Saturday is the best day to visit, as it’s filled with activities and a full program.

Unfortunately not — due to the on-site conditions, this isn’t possible. However, seasoned campers usually manage just fine with a quick wash for a one-night stay.

Unfortunately, that’s not possible since the breakfast bags are pre-packed for you.

You’re welcome to arrive earlier, but please use the nearby campsites. Make sure to book in advance, as many guests arrive early. Parking on the event grounds is possible only from the start of the event. All vehicles must leave the premises by Sunday evening.

No, unfortunately this is not possible for organizational reasons.

There will be a food court and beverage trucks on-site where you can buy everything you need. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own food.

No, since the site is not a campsite, there’s no such infrastructure. However, a Marco Polo is generally well-equipped to manage a day without power. If you require 230V for medical reasons, please contact us beforehand.

Each vehicle has enough space to walk comfortably around it and possibly extend the awning, but not enough to set up a full awning tent.

For organizational reasons, cancellations are possible up to exactly one week before the event. The cancellation must be submitted in writing.

Yes, a large restroom trailer will be available, accessible also during the night.
